Step-by-Step Instructions for Drawing a Fallen Angel
How to Draw a Great Looking Fallen Angel for Kids, Beginners, and Adults - Step 1
1. Begin by sketching the girl's face and hair. Use long curved lines to outline the chin and top of the hair. Then, use shorter lines of different lengths to sketch the locks of hair around and beneath the face. The lines should meet at sharp points. Then, use short curved lines to draw the nose, mouth, part of the hair, and texture of the hair.

2. Sketch the girl's neck and arms. Use scalloped lines to draw the collar of the garment. Use pairs of lines for the arms, noting the indentions near the elbows.

3. Use long, curved lines to draw the girl's dress. Note that the dress is tucked between her legs, necessitating that each is drawn individually.

4. Draw the girl's bent legs extending behind her. For the first, extend a long, curved line and double it back upon itself. Then, use a shorter curved line to enclose the remaining leg, partially hidden by the first.

5. Extend a short line and a very long curved line from the girl's shoulder to form the wing. Bend the long line, and double it back upon itself at the tip. This forms the first feather. Use a shorter curved line to enclose the second feather.

6. Beginning near the base of the wing, draw a series of connected "U" shaped lines to indicate layers of feathers. Draw a few curved lines parallel to the top of the wing.

7. Continue to draw "U" shaped feathers, filling the empty space within the wing and fully enclosing its edges. Note that the flight feathers are larger than those within the wing. Erase guide lines as necessary.

8. Extend a long, curved line from the girl's opposite side to form the remaining wing. Double it back upon itself at the tip to form the first flight feather. Use "U" shaped lines to form additional feathers.
